Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM on Fridays or during weekends and public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Orders are dispatched from Quebec, Canada. You are receiving your product straight from a small creative business. Thank you for supporting independent brands!
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package for Purolator and Canada Post services. Shipping cost will vary depending on the service selected. We also offer the following shipping options within Canada:
- Standard Shipping (3-9 business days) FREE for orders over $200
- Standard Shipping (3-9 business days) $20
- Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days) $35
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. BONAGAVE is not liable for shipping carrier delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays.
Our orders can be delivered by USPS, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or Canada Post.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within the Montreal area. For orders under $100, we charge $8 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 10 am to 7 pm on Mondays to Fridays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination. Customers should also verify that the purchased items comply with the destination country’s import regulations and restrictions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team for assistance at hello@bonagave.com with your name and order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
BONAGAVE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit a safe address and communicate with your carrier about deliveries.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, Poste Restante. Orders made to any of these addresses will be canceled.
Address Changes
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at hello@bonagave.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. Common errors include missing apartment or suite numbers, incorrect postal codes, or typographical errors in the street name.
We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, for more information please read our Refund Policy
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email immediately at hello@bonagave.com with your order number and photos of the damaged package and the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis. Please report any damage within 72 hours of delivery to help us provide a satisfactory solution.
