Refund policy

 

 

We offer a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It is unworn or unused.
  • Tags are still attached.
  • It is in its original packaging.

Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@bonagave.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • If your return does not meet our stated conditions, the package will be sent back to you without a refund, and additional shipping charges may apply.

 

Return Shipping and Fees

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will be applied to all returns.
  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

 

Damages and Issues 

We take the quality of our products seriously and want to resolve any issues promptly. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

To report a damaged order, email us at hello@bonagave.com with your order number and clear photos of:

  • The shipping label,
  • The packaging, and
  • The damaged item(s).

Please report any damage within 72 hours of delivery to help us address the issue efficiently. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit. Each case is reviewed individually to ensure the best resolution for you.

BONAGAVE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit a safe address and communicate with your carrier about deliveries. 

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note:

  • Sale items and gift cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Certain items, such as custom products (including special orders or personalized items), are not eligible for return.
  • All international orders are considered FINAL SALE once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
